Framing Your Print in the UK
A considered reference from the Amichi Co studio, created to make choosing and living with artwork feel easier.
Art should feel personal, proportionate and completely at home in the room.
For our United Kingdom launch, every print arrives unframed — carefully packed in protective packaging and ready for a ready-made frame. UK framing is coming soon. This guide maps each Amichi Co size to the UK frames that fit it.
Ready-made frame sizes
Our centimetre and A-series sizes were chosen to suit standard UK frame sizes, so most prints can be placed in a suitable ready-made frame without custom work.

A few tips
Mounts: a ready-made frame one size up with a cut mount gives the same gallery look as a mounted frame — an A3 print in an A2 frame with an A3 mount is a classic pairing.
Handling: if your print arrives rolled, let it rest flat under a few clean books before framing. Avoid touching the printed surface — natural oils can mark the pigment.
Bespoke framing: for float mounts, non-standard mounts or premium finishes, any local framing studio can work from the sizes above.
