Below you’ll find our detailed shipping policies for both Australian and US customers, along with general shipping guidelines applicable to all orders. Please review these terms carefully, as they outline shipping timelines, responsibilities, and other important details.
Australia-Wide Shipping
Amichi Co offers free standard shipping on all orders across Australia.
Unframed Prints: Unframed prints are typically placed into production within 1 business day after your order is placed, with a production time of approximately 3-5 business days. Once ready, prints are shipped in a rolled tube with transit times varying by location:
- Metro (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA): 1 week total production + shipping
- Regional (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA): 1 to 2 weeks total production + shipping
- All Areas (WA, NT, TAS): 1 to 2 weeks total production + shipping
Framed Prints: Framed prints enter production within 1 business day and undergo a 2-week process to print, mount, and frame. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Metro (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA): 2 to 3 weeks total production + shipping
- Regional (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA): 3 to 4 weeks total production + shipping
- All Areas (WA, NT, TAS): 3 to 4 weeks total production + shipping
Express Production & Shipping
For urgent orders, we offer an express production and shipping service. You can select this option at checkout or contact us at hello@amichico.com to confirm that we can meet your deadline.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details with live updates so that you can follow its journey to your door. Please note that all estimated times are subject to production fluctuations, and we advise allowing extra time for orders during peak holiday seasons.
US-Wide Shipping
Amichi Co provides free standard shipping for all orders within the continental US.
- Unframed Prints: Unframed prints are placed into production within 1 business day and typically take 2-4 business days to produce. Once complete, they are shipped with estimated transit times depending on your location within the US.
- Framed Prints: Framed prints are also placed into production within 1 business day and require approximately 3-12 business days to print, mount, and frame. After production, framed prints are dispatched, with shipping times varying based on your distance from our Denver, Colorado location.
Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details that provide live updates, ensuring that you stay informed about your order’s journey. While our team strives to meet estimated timelines, production schedules can occasionally vary, particularly during high-demand periods.
General Shipping Policy
International Shipping
At this time, Amichi Co offers international shipping for unframed prints only. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at orders@amichico.com. Shipping rates, transit times, and delivery dates will vary depending on the destination, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Australia and the US, additional customs duties, fees, or taxes may apply. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Amichi Co is not able to estimate or control these fees, and your package may be held by customs until these payments are made. We recommend consulting your local customs office to understand these charges before placing an order.
Shipping Timelines and Estimates
All stated production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond Amichi Co’s control, including but not limited to manufacturing schedules, public holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, or shipping carrier delays. Amichi Co is not liable for delays due to these factors, and customers are advised to allow extra time during high-demand periods.
Express Production & Shipping Options
We offer express production and shipping options for both Australian and US orders. This option is available at checkout or by contacting our team. While we endeavor to expedite production and delivery to meet your timeline, express orders remain subject to possible production and shipping variances.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely, Amichi Co is not responsible for damages or losses that occur during transit. If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend noting the damage with the carrier upon delivery. Please contact our Support Crew within 24 hours at hello@amichico.com with photos of the damaged item for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for all return shipments, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
Holiday Season Shipping
During holiday seasons and peak periods, our production and shipping times may vary. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery, as exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during these high-demand periods.
Force Majeure
Amichi Co shall not be held liable for any delays or failures to deliver due to unforeseen events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government actions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for receiving their orders once delivered. Any additional charges incurred for reshipping due to inaccurate information or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
