Unframed prints are sent via a rolled tube and framed prints are printed, mounted and framed custom-made by order. Overall lead times are estimated in the table below.

  • All fine art prints are custom-made and made-to-order.
  • The lead times provided are estimates only, with no guarantees provided. 
  • Excluded from the lead times are holiday closure periods and public holidays. 
  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. 
  • Delivery usually occurs between 9am-5pm during weekdays, please contact us if you need a special arrangement.

We currently offer international shipping for unframed prints only. To order, please email orders@amichico.com

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs.

As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. 

Amichi Co is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

RETURNS

We take great pride in providing our customers with products that are not only of high quality, but also long lasting. 

All our products are made to order, meticulously handcrafted, printed, and framed specifically for you after you've placed your order. We understand that sometimes, despite careful consideration, an item may not meet your expectations. That's why we now offer a 14-day peace of mind policy, allowing you to return your order within this period for a refund or exchange.

At Amichi Co, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our policy regarding order cancellations or changes:

  1. Cancellation Window: Since all of our prints are custom-made and production starts soon after an order is placed, we provide a short window of time in which you can cancel your order. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
  2. Changing an Order: If you need to make changes to your order (such as altering the size or frame choice), you can do so within the same 24-hour window. Please reach out to us with your order details and the changes you would like to make.
  3. How to Cancel or Change Your Order: To cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team immediately with your order number and the details of your request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  4. After the 24-Hour Window: Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order will have likely entered the production process and we can no longer guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will explore any potential solutions.

Although each artwork is thoroughly checked prior to sending and is packaged with the upmost care, we understand that accidents can happen and on the rare occasion your artwork may be damaged by our delivery partner while being delivered to you. 

Please ensure inspect your order upon reception, and in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please contact us with proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at hello@amichico.com

Please ensure: 

  1. Photos of the damaged areas of the artwork are clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format
  2. The artwork must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken

If it has been more than 24 hours since you've received the parcel, we will try our best to work out a solution, however please note that our delivery insurance only covers this 24 hour period of time. 

Friendly tip: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. 

Following the damage review, we will evaluate the issue, and may elect to organise a replacement or repair the damaged artwork. We appreciate that delivery of the replacement artwork will be subject to existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping timing. 

Our goods come with the statutory guarantees imposed by the Australian Consumer Law. You can read more about your rights in regards to ‘refunds, repairs and replacements’ from the Consumer Affairs Website here.

Artwork Colour Variations & Markings

Our prints are handcrafted using the highest quality products. If there are slight markings or variations these are intentional. 

Please be aware that not all devices and computers will be calibrated to the correct colours, so we therefore can't be held responsible for minor variations in colours when compared to your device. If there are major variations or issues please email us at hello@amichico.com with a picture and we'll assess it in further detail.

It is important to ensure that any handling does not cause damage to your artwork. We suggest to avoid touching the print directly as oils and dirt from your hands can damage the artwork and rough treatments can scratch and harm the pigments.

We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight. Each of our artworks has its own hanging method. Please read the instructions provided carefully. We also recommend using acid free tape if you are framing the print yourself to avoid yellowing the print.

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide if the item is right for you. We believe you’ll love your purchase, but if you don’t, you have the option to return it.
  • Easy Returns & Exchanges: Returning an item is simple. If you need to send something back, you can contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Please keep all items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Final Sale Items: Please note that any items purchased on sale, including those bought with discount codes or through special promotions, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We want to ensure you're confident in your sale purchases, so please shop carefully.
  • Restocking Fee: To help cover the cost of free shipping, a nominal 5% restocking fee will apply to returns. This small fee assists us in maintaining our high standard of quality and service.

Step 1: Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is eligible for return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Remember, sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless specifically stated otherwise.

Step 2: Contact Us
Initiate your return by contacting us at returns@amichico.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond promptly with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a product return form.

Step 3: Pack Your Items
Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure the items are protected during transit. Include all original tags and any provided documentation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship the items to the address provided on the product return form. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unauthorized logistic services are not accepted.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. A refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 5% restocking fee to cover the free shipping initially provided. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Understanding Our Return Policy

At Amichi Co, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, it's important to note that not all items are eligible for return or exchange. Below are the details of our return eligibility and exceptions:

Eligible Items

  • Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, like-new condition with original packaging and tags.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, use, or damage.
  • All returns must be initiated with a Return Authorization (RA) from our customer service team.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items bought during clearance events, special promotions or with discount codes.
  • Personalised or Customised Items: Products that have been personalised or customised cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, products that are considered hygiene-sensitive such as beauty products, undergarments, or similar items are not returnable once opened.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Special Promotions

  • During special promotional events, returns or exchanges may be subject to different terms, which will be clearly outlined on the promotional material and our website at the time of the promotion.

EOFY & Other Major Sales

  • Items purchased during end-of-financial-year sales, Black Friday, or other major sales events are considered final sale unless otherwise stated. Please review the specific terms provided during these sales.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please contact our team immediately who will look to rectify this ASAP. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

2. Shipping the Product:

  • Use Authorized Logistic Services: Only send returns using authorized logistics or postal services. Unauthorized services may result in the return not being accepted.
  • Tracking and Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your package. Amichi Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Label and Documentation: Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization (RA) number and include any filled-out return forms or documents as instructed by our customer service.

3. Covering Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% applies to all returns to help cover the cost of the free shipping originally provided on your purchase.

4. Timeliness:

  • Return Within the Specified Period: Ensure your return is shipped back to us within the 14-day return window. Returns sent outside this period may not be accepted.

5. Communication:

  • Keep Receipts and Tracking Information: Retain all proof of postage and tracking information until your return is fully processed.
