At Amichi Co, every fine art print is made to order with care. This shipping policy explains our production and delivery process for Australia and United States orders, along with general information that applies to all orders.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia and the United States.

Made-to-order production time

Each fine art print, fine art canvas, framed print, and canvas piece is carefully printed, framed, stretched, and assembled by hand according to the options selected at checkout.

This handcrafted process takes approximately 4-10 business days before dispatch, depending on the size, finish, frame choice, and complexity of your order. During peak periods or public holidays, production may take a little longer.

If your order is time-sensitive, please select any available express option at checkout or contact us at hello@amichico.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether your deadline can be met.

Australia-wide shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders across Australia.

Each order is carefully printed, framed, and assembled by hand. Once your piece is complete, it ships from Sydney, Australia. Shipping times vary depending on your location, carrier network conditions, and the size of your artwork.

You will receive tracking information with live updates once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.

United States shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

Each order is carefully printed, framed, and assembled by hand. Once your piece is complete, shipping times vary depending on your location, carrier network conditions, and the size of your artwork.

You will receive tracking information with live updates once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Express production and shipping

For urgent orders, we offer express production and shipping where available. Select this option at checkout, or contact us at hello@amichico.com before ordering to confirm we can meet your required date.

Express services are still subject to production capacity, artwork size, frame availability, carrier schedules, and delivery location.

Unframed, framed, and canvas orders

Unframed fine art prints and unframed fine art canvas pieces are produced to the selected size and carefully packed for safe transit.

Framed fine art prints, stretched canvas, and float frame canvas pieces require additional hand-finishing time, including printing, mounting or stretching, frame assembly, quality checking, and protective packing.

For large or fragile artworks, additional protective packaging may be used to help ensure your piece arrives safely.

Tracking information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives your parcel.

If you have not received tracking after the expected production window, please contact us at hello@amichico.com and our team will check your order status.

International shipping outside Australia and the United States

For destinations outside Australia and the United States, shipping availability may vary by product type, artwork size, and destination. Some international orders may be limited to eligible unframed prints only.

Duties, taxes, and customs

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Amichi Co cannot control customs processing times or fees. Customs delays may affect delivery timeframes.

Delivery estimates

All production and shipping timeframes are estimates only. While we work closely with our production partners and carriers to meet expected timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, public holidays, peak seasons, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@amichico.com.

Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to update the shipping address. Additional charges may apply for redelivery, return-to-sender parcels, or reshipping due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments

Each order is packed carefully to protect your artwork in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@amichico.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and artwork.

We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps. If a parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns sent back to Amichi Co

If you are returning an item after receiving approval from our team, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Amichi Co cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
