Your privacy matters to us as much as the artwork we create. This page explains the choices you have about how your information is used for advertising, and how to make them.

Selling and sharing, explained

Like many online stores, we and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant ads on other websites and to understand how our ads perform. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws in other states, this can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out at any time.

How to opt out

In the panel that opens, choose Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. The panel also shows whether selling and sharing is currently allowed or switched off for this browser.

Opting out stops us sharing your information with advertising partners for targeted advertising from this browser and device. We’ll still collect and use the information we need to run our website and fulfil your orders, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, please opt out there too.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

Your other rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, simply email hello@amichico.com. We’ll never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. You can read more about the CCPA on the California Attorney General’s website.
